Since the end of the last century
Gaetano Bucciarelli (named ‘Gano’) and, further
on, Dino Bucciarelli were managing the firm of the “Podere
Casanova”, well distinguishing for the care of the maintenance
of the land and of the quality of the produces made. Actually,
such tradition is preserved by Ezio Bucciarelli and by his son,
Massimo, that have salvaged and restored all the buildings,
thus starting a little farm-holidays activity.
Their main activity, anyway, still is farming. In the last few
years investments have been made for emphasizing the autochthonous
vineyards and the wine-cellar modernization.
Today, the property of the agrarian business reaches as far
as about twenty hectars, seven of which are specialized vineyards
and five olive-groves.
Excellent for having a cheerful stay in the very heart of the
noble ‘Chianti’, a land of vines and olives and
of any other rural delight.
There you can enjoy Tuscan hospitality and taste typical and
