PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: maceration of musts for 14 – 20 days with short and frequent pumping over; after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete the wine is stored in wooden barrels for 30 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Dark and concentrated ruby. it presents intense perceptions of blackberries and black cherries jam, withered violets, vanilla, cloves, cocoa, tobacco and dense balsamic sensations. Structured on the palate, warm and soft, with dense and smooth and tantalizing tannins flavor and freshness. Long spicy and vanilla finish.
