PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: maceration of musts for 14 – 28 days with short and frequent pumping over; after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete the wine is stored in barrels for 20 – 24 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Bright ruby. Pleasant olfactory perceptions reminiscent of black cherries, sour cherries, also sweet spices, vanilla and mineral puffs. Consistent on the palate, with well tannins
